DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy

In the rare event of DOA (Dead on Arrival), the customer must provide a clear, continuous, uncut unboxing video within 2 hours of delivery.

  • Video must clearly show unopened package
  • Fish condition must be visible
  • No cuts or edits allowed

Claims without proper video proof will not be accepted.
Replacement or partial refund, if approved, will be at the seller’s discretion.
